Organized by the Latin American Association of Refractories Manufacturers, the ALAFAR Congress is the most traditional event of the sector in Latin America, gathering some of the most important refractories producers and raw materials suppliers in the world.
Combining a high-level technical agenda to a unique and free-of-charge social program, the 42nd edition of the congress will be held in Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil, home of the impressive and mighty Iguazu Falls. Located at Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay’s tri-border area, the place is served by commercial flights with connections to the main international airports of the region.In 2022, the theme of the congress will be “Refractories for a Sustainable Future". We hope to reunite experts, researchers, and companies so that, together, we may outline the future of the sector.
Os trabalhos submetidos serão organizados para apresentação e discussão em sessões temáticas. Os palestrantes serão notificados sobre a aceitação ou rejeição de seu trabalho até o final de junho de 2022.A ALAFAR incentiva fortemente os oradores a fazerem sua apresentação usando os equipamentos de projeção por computador que os organizadores do congresso fornecerão em cada sala de sessão.Os palestrantes são responsáveis por seus próprios custos / despesas.
